Project: GSE Bespoke (Hammersmith)

GSE Bespoke have been appointed with Hoeg Architects to deliver temporary and permanent works designs for a residential property in Hammersmith and Fulham, London.

The scheme involves the enlargement and reconfiguration of the existing front vaults, lightwell, and rear external ground levels to create a new plant room. The front lightwell will be retained to continue providing natural light and ventilation to the existing lower ground floor. The project also includes internal remodelling throughout the property, requiring a coordinated approach to structural alterations and temporary support during construction.
