World Mental Health Day 2023
Today, on World Mental Health Day, we’re grateful to have this four-legged companion by our side.
Studies have shown that having dogs in the office can significantly reduce stress levels, boost morale, and create a more relaxed atmosphere. The simple act of petting a dog releases oxytocin, a hormone associated with bonding and affection. It’s a small gesture that can make a big difference in our mental well-being.
