National Stress Awareness Day

Today, on National Stress Awareness Day, we want to highlight the importance of exercise in managing stress and promoting well-being.

At Green Structural Engineering, we understand the significance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and that’s why we recently started a running club in our office.

Every Monday after work, we gather together and take advantage of the beautiful parks surrounding our office, immersing ourselves in nature’s serenity. Engaging in regular exercise not only boosts our endorphin levels, leaving us feeling energized and revitalized, but it also helps to alleviate stress and promote mental clarity.
