Feasibility Study: Purley

GSE are undertaking a feasibility study for the possible redevelopment of this 1930’s Milk Depot.

The site comprises of multiple buildings and warehouses, with a service yard in the centre. The entire plot is built over a 1930’s reinforced concrete podium, with beams and slabs spanning between a grid of exposed columns in an under croft.

GSE are assessing the under croft for the new proposed loads, with the intention to retain as much of the existing structure as possible in the redevelopment.
