GSE Charity Bake Off 2022

Here at GSE, we’ve chosen to dedicate 2022 to charity with various charities that we plan to donate to throughout the year.

Our first charity that we’re raising money for is St. Mungo’s. St. Mungo’s is a charity that not only help people with finding a place to call home, they also address the issues that homeless people face, helping them move on in their life. They have outreach teams that go out every night to meet people who are homeless and to help them off the streets. Every night they offer a bed and support to more than 3,200 people across London, the South East & the South West.

For our first fundraiser, we held a bake off within the office. We had a great turnout, with bakes like chocolate & strawberry tart, homemade sausage rolls and chocolate brownie meringue cake. With all these delicious cakes and pastries, we managed to raise an amazing £150 for St. Mungo’s!

Congrats to Varuni & Triantafyllos for winning the best tasting & the best presented bake!!

In March, we will be holding a bike-a-thon, cycling 874 miles (the distance from John O’Groats to Lands End) all throughout the month, to raise money for the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal & St. Mungo’s.
