Heliting House

Heliting House is a five storey steel framed office block (including a single storey basement) in Staines , Middlesex.

Titan Property Developments Ltd have purchased the building with a view to converting it into 53 units of residential accommodation, with the basement being retained as car parking.

The scheme includes ‘filling in’ the 1^st floor atrium and two secondary staircases to provide additional floor area. In addition, the internal roof plant space is to be converted into the upper level of 15 duplex apartments, linked by an internal staircase for each individual flat.

GSE will be providing structural engineering and below ground drainage.
