The Rudges
The proposed scheme is for the construction of a single storey residential building adjacent to an existing house. There is also a partial basement that is located under the section of the house on the hillside.
The large footprint area of the structure and the sloped profile of the ground have conditioned the architectural design to provide a slightly stepped structure with different levels of the ground floor and roof.
