Case Study – Parsons Green
Onsite in Parsons Green we are carrying out a feasibility study on an existing warehouse. Below photos show the trial pit and borehole investigation to determine the allowable ground bearing pressure. The results will inform the project team how many stories can be supported on the existing foundations.

Feasibility studies enable clients to understand what parts of the building can be repurposed as part of the new development. In this way, they reduce the requirement for the new structure and the embodied carbon that comes with it.
