On the 2nd of March one of our colleges, Ruben Munoz, will attempt to run 50 marathons in 50 different countries in 50 consecutive days. As part of this challenge there will be people from around the world and each country joining him along the way, either to run the full marathon or just part of it. Needless to say, if you are wanting to join Ruben on his EPIC CHALLENGE you are most welcome!

The 50/50/50 EPIC CHALLENGE is entirely self-funded by Ruben. Donations will be asked for though as the 50/50/50 EPIC CHALLENGE is only the beginning of the STEP THAT MATTERS program – the charity that Ruben has set up to fund an even more ambitious and EPIC challenge in 2020.

The second phase of the STEP THAT MATTERS program see’s Ruben cycling around the whole world! During this journey Ruben will volunteer in different organisations and charities distributing the money donated to very good causes. To create total transparency and to show how the money is being used, each of these events and collaborations will be published (as documentaries, interviews, articles etc.) on the website www.stepthatmatters.com. Total transparency is important to Ruben’s philosophy and his approach to STEP THAT MATTERS.

We are all very fortunate to live the lives we do, and all donations will be gratefully received and used to make a huge difference to those people around the world not as fortunate as ourselves. Many of us already donate monthly to all different kinds of charities, but if you are inspired by the 50/50/50 EPIC CHALLENGE or cycling around the world, please consider the STEP THAT MATTERS program and see the effect your valued contribution can make to other across the world.
